Owned by Janet Westerberg and supported by a dedicated family team, Northland Erosion Control has grown into a trusted provider of erosion and sediment control solutions throughout the Kansas City region. From commercial developments to residential properties, NEC is committed to delivering dependable service, practical solutions, and long-term results.

At the heart of the operation is Kenny Westerberg, whose decades of hands-on experience have earned him a reputation for solving problems, building relationships, and helping clients navigate projects with confidence. Known for his straightforward approach and commitment to quality, Kenny believes that good communication and a handshake still matter.

Together, Janet and Kenny have built more than a successful business – they’ve built a family legacy. As parents of seven children and grandparents to fourteen grandchildren, they believe that hard work, integrity, and personal responsibility are values worth passing down to future generations. Their hope is to one day see the next generation continue the tradition of serving clients with the same dedication, honesty, and pride that have defined Northland Erosion Control from the very beginning.
